Decent purchase experience

My recent order was for the SPORTea travel mug and a hot tea 7 count box. The ordering process on the website was straightforward; I found what I needed quickly. Shipping took about 5 business days, which is reasonable. The travel mug is sturdy and keeps my tea warm for a good while, exactly as described. The tea itself is the usual quality, no complaints there. I had a quick question about tracking, and customer service responded to my email within a day, which was helpful. Everything was packed well, no damage. A reliable shopping experience overall.

Good tea, slow shipping

I ordered a bulk case of 12 boxes of iced tea, and the product itself is great, exactly what I expected from SPORTea. It's a consistent energy boost without jitters. However, shipping took almost 8 days to get to me in California, which felt a bit long. The packaging was secure, though. Overall, a solid product, but they could improve on delivery speed for bulk orders.

SPORTea hot tea

Got the hot tea 20 count box. Good stuff. Energy boost is real. Arrived fast. No issues.

Consistent quality, returning customer

I've been buying SPORTea for a few years now, mostly the iced tea 20 count boxes. This latest order was just as good as previous ones. The quality of the tea is consistently high, and I appreciate that I always know what I'm getting. Shipping times vary a little, but it always arrives. They're reliable, which is why I keep coming back for my supply. It's my go-to for a healthy energy boost.

Got my tea

Just got my iced tea 7 count box. It showed up pretty quick, like, 4 days after I ordered. The tea tastes good, just like I remember. Easy to order, no fuss. Happy with it.
